After each installation, whether it be a full system or a stand alone machine, Isoma will provide the customer with a full technical file detailing recommended maintenance, recommended spares, control layout drawings, electrical schematic drawings, cable schedules, test sheets, plc programs, CE certificates and associated documentation.

Another aspect of the Isoma after sales service is providing customers with the quick delivery of spares. Isoma keep a standard stock of what are generally considered to be critical spares for their equipment, at their Swadlincote office and they offer delivery either by courier or if the need for delivery is more urgent, one of their drivers will bring the part to your your door as soon as possible.
