Whether it’s a one-off component or complete maintenance package, our highly knowledgeable engineering staff are on hand to help with your urgent or scheduled maintenance requirements.  We also carry a large stock of parts, available for next day delivery.

After an installation project is completed, we hand over a comprehensive technical file in electronic format.  This easy to use documentation is viewed using any web browser (no internet connection required), which can be run straight from a USB stick, local hard drive or company intranet.

To help identify spare parts, we provide detailed exploded views of conveyor & machine sub-assemblies.

We offer a comprehensive maintenance & repair service to all our customers, expertly carried out by the same engineers that also built the equipment.  The services we offer can range from a drive motor replacement right up to the complete overhaul of a Trolley Packer (as shown in the video below).  Annual preventative maintenance contracts can also be provided, ensuring a higher level of reliability and equipment longevity.  Our team of in-house mechanical, electrical and automation engineers can deliver a complete professional package to meet the required level of service.
