Container Sample Station

The Isoma container Sample Station is an automatic quality control system for cartons.  Periodic sample testing is a typical requirement for many production line schedules, the problem is, getting the sample carton off the running conveyor and re-introduce them without slowing down or stopping the line.

Our container sample station perfectly integrates with the line control system and by using a combination of sensors and pneumatics, are able to eject sample cartons off the conveyor at line speed, into a collation area for inspection.  Once the samples have been checked, the cartons are placed onto a separate conveyor and seamlessly re-introduced back into the production line at full speed.

The sample station can be custom built to suit a variety of product shapes and sizes.
