The design brief for this machine involved turning packs of different sized shrink wrapped milk bottles through ninety degrees before pushing them onto an outfeed roller conveyor at speeds up to sixty packs per minute.

This project had a very short lead-time, which meant  very little workshop testing before shipping and installation.

​

Isoma pulled together with all their engineering experience and quickly designed a machine that not only worked straight away, but has proven itself to be very efficient, needing very low maintenance.

Two of these units were required, positioned at the end of two new shrink wrap lines, which Isoma carried out the design, build and installation of both infeed and outfeed conveyors, integrating with the two existing production lines.
