Container Cleaner

The Isoma container cleaner conveyor is an automated sanitation and transport system used in food, pharmaceutical, and packaging plants to clean containers by use of a vacuum system. The all-stainless-steel construction ensures full washdown capabilities and prevents the buildup of dust and debris within the factory.

Our container cleaner utilises an inverted conveyor cleaning and debris collection system. Containers are fed into the inlet transfer and into the unit flight chain where they are held in position for full inversion for cleaning. Particulates are completely removed and the fully sanitised containers are fed back onto the mainline to the filling process.
