Conveyor Fire Shutters

Isoma can design and manufacture retractable conveyor sections for full integration with fire-resistant shutters for the protection of sectional slat chain and roller conveyors.

Our systems are designed in such a way that they incorporate readily available fire safety solutions, providing the complete package from concept to installation.

The sections of conveyor have dust covers and rails that are spring-loaded and held in place by solenoids, which in the event of a fire, release, allowing the spring to pull the sections clear of the fire shutters and cutting off the entire section of conveyor from the transition through a fire wall. The sliding sections of conveyor are easily reset and simply lock back in place.

They are suited to areas that have limited space or are already tight against existing equipment.
