De-Palletiser/Palletiser

The Isoma De-Palletiser can de-stack and deliver containers onto a single lane conveyor system, efficiently and without pressure.
Loading a pallet full of stacked containers onto the powered rollers of the De-Palletiser infeed starts the automated process of de-stacking and removing the layer separation sheets. Empty pallets are safely stacked within the machine. Containers are then fed, layer by layer onto the flat-bed conveyor belt, where the rows are separated and fed onto the out going single-lane conveyor. All this is done with no pressure, thus eliminating potential damage to containers, like glass jars for example.
The Isoma De-Palletiser can be custom-built to suit a variety of different container sizes and outfeed conveyor configurations.

Our palletisers are fully automated machines that stack all types of bottles, trays, packs, cartons and other goods onto pallets in large volumes. Our systems remove any dangers previously associated with manually loading pallets, such as repetitive injuries, keeping the operators safe and the production line at maximum efficiency.
Using various heavy-duty conveyors and mechanical solutions such as pushers and sweepers the products are aligned into rows forming layers where they are then pushed onto pallets. Each layer is separated by a lay pad and the process started again until the pallets are fully loaded.
We can also use robotics to load pallets where a robot head is programmed for high-speed stacking that is infinitely repeatable, consistent, accurate and can be adjusted to suit different sized products or packages.

Conventional & Mechanical Palletisers: Operating at high speeds, these systems organize products into precise rows and complete layers using heavy-duty conveyors, pushers, and sweepers, transferring full layers onto the pallet in a single motion. Best suited for high-throughput, uniform production environments like beverage plants, they are available in both low-level (floor-height) and high-level (overhead) infeed setups.
-
Robotic Palletisers: Utilising a programmable arm fitted with specialised end-of-arm tooling—such as vacuum suctions, clamps, or mechanical grippers—these systems provide exceptional flexibility within a compact footprint. They easily accommodate complex, varying product dimensions and can manage multiple production lines at once.
-
Collaborative Palletisers (Cobots): Engineered to safely operate alongside human workers without the need for restrictive safety cages, cobots represent a rapidly growing segment of industrial automation. Their mobility, affordability, and simple reprogramming make them ideal for agile warehouses and facilities with high-mix, frequently changing product lines.
