Isoma designs and manufactures several different types of rotary tables (rotating tables) on a packaging or production line, such as infeed (accumulation), outfeed (discharge), and inspection-based rotary tables for various functions such as the infeed and accumulation of glass vials for use in pharmaceutical, laboratory and packaging environments. These tables are designed to rotate the products for quality inspections, labelling, packing or feeding a system.

Common Applications:

  • Acts as a buffer plate for product accumulation on bottling or packaging to prevent bottlenecks.

  • Infeed smoothly transitions bulk glass vials into single file onto conveyors.

  • Used for mass label digitisation using digital imaging for scientific cataloguing where specimen vials are rotated incrementally and photographed or videoed.

  • Design and Build Variations:

  • Variable and fixed-speed drives are controlled to match the exact infeed or outfeed conveyor speeds.

  • Commonly built in standard sizes ranging from 800mm, 1000mm up to 1500mm depending on workspace and accumulation volume needs, but bespoke sizes can be designed.

  • Constructed from heavy-duty hygienic food/pharma-grade stainless steel.
