Hygiene CIP System

Our CIP Units are designed to complement our conveyors whichever type is required, from slat to trough. The automated CIP Units provide consistent, regular cleaning, helping to maintain the components and belts and avoid stoppages through breakdowns or downtime for cleaning manually. This extends the lifespan of the equipment, lowers material and running costs, and allows production operatives to focus on more critical tasks.

Our systems have spray bars that can be orientated to suit all angles and target specific areas of a machine. Our perforated tubing options provide more of a deluge feature over the moving conveyor parts with less of a specific aim or trajectory. Our spray bars can be mounted on round/square bar or tube.​
