Platform Design & Manufacture

Our in-house design team has an extensive knowledge of access stairways, ladders, platforms and mezzanine floors designed around new and existing equipment for site maintenance and operator access.

Health and safety is paramount, as with any piece of site access equipment, but we also consider factors such as aesthetics and ergonomic features where needed.

All of our stairways, platforms, ladders and mezzanines are designed to adhere to current British Standards, incorporating essential safety features such as ergonomically designed handrail and guarding.

Our dedicated and experienced design team also provide site visits for all site surveys in all industry sectors including food and beverage, pharmaceutical and material handling for seamless integration.

We work alongside our clients within their facilities on site and ensure all design reviews are inclusive of all engineers involved in a project.

We believe providing the visualisation of our platforms within a client’s factory environment is essential for clash detection. This allows correct orientation with existing civil structures, drains, columns, floor elevation, existing platforms, walkways and access stairs. We provide a seamless transition from existing to new access structures.
