Shrink-Wrapper Integration

Shrink wrapper integration involves synchronising a dedicated shrink-wrapping unit with upstream production lines that have fillers or cartoners and downstream handling equipment such as cooling tunnels, palletisers, case packers and trolley packers to ensure a smooth, consistent automated flow of goods.

At ISOMA we integrate shrink-wrapping solutions into our conveyor designs and installations. Shrink-wrapping is essential for multiple bottle packs to have protection from dust, debris and dirt.

The line speed is closely monitored and controlled to ensure the products reach the shrink-wrapper at the correct speed and orientation. Any inconsistencies can lead to unpredictable sealing and film usage within the unit. Our system is fully automated throughout the entire process and products pass through the shrink-wrapper without any need for manual intervention.
